We are looking for a Retail Fulfillment & Store Person to join our team in the Redcliffe Office, and your job will be entirely focused on fulfilling website orders, and maintaining our warehouse. It is a full-time role.

Incoming Products

Receive and unpack product deliveries (shared responsibility)

Stack warehouse shelves with products (shared responsibility)

Operating a forklift (shared responsibility - training and ticketing will be provided) Outgoing Products

Pick and pack orders each day from our eCommerce sites

Ensure the accuracy of products that are packed, against the products ordered.

Updating eCommerce system with fulfillment and shipping details Personalisations

Adding personalisations (eg Name & Number) to products by using vinyl cutter and heat press machines (training will be provided)

Adding embroideries to products by using our commercial embroidery machines (training will be provided)

Customer Service

Communicating with customers via phone, email, messaging when there are problems with orders, or you need further instructions from customers (shared responsibility)

Processing returns from customers (shared responsibility)

Serving walk-in customers who purchase in-house (shared responsibility)

Keeping warehouse neat and tidy

Ensure stock numbers are accurately reflected in systems

1. Most importantly, you will be reliable.

2. Have great organizational skills and a very high attention to detail. Accuracy of packing orders is essential.

3. Any experienced in computer operations, eCommerce systems, or warehousing will be a bonus

This position is paid in accordance with the Storage Services and Wholesale Award 2020. We are prepared to pay above this award for the right person. As such, the salary for this role could be anywhere between $56,000 - $65,000 plus Superannuation (12%). It depends on your qualifications, experience and how suitable you are for this role.
